At Deathwish, we stand by the quality of our gear; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip or the generated return authorization form.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
